Because of US trade war with China, they have a oil shortage and are attempting to make a deal with Russia using their own currency. That would crash the petrodollar, and in extension, the entire western economy. We're in a lot more trouble than legacy media lets us believe. Making a trade deal with China will kick the systemic collapse down the road until 2022 or 2023. There is no way Biden can prevent the upcoming crash.
