My mistake for saying Kyle is a murderer; he's not. He's a killer. He committed homicide, but a Wisconsin court said it wasn't murder. Given the circumstances I agree. What I didn't agree upon was clearing him of reckless endangerment.

For Rittenhouse to prevail, he would not just have to prove the evidence wrong in the indictment, but also prove Goldberg knew it was wrong. That would require Goldberg to work in either the Wisconsin DA's office, or with the Wisconsin police...

The first part of the case would be nearly impossible, but would be possible. Rittenhouse would not just have to prove he was not guilty to a 99% certainty, but that there was a 90% certainty that he was innocent. The second part of the case, that Goldberg has been moonlighting as a Wisconsin DA, and therefore knew that the indictment was improper... That would be impossible.

Agreed with your logic but you're trying to explain it to a young person who, if the shooter had been a Democrat against three militia punks, would be advocating for the death penalty.
