Trump: No Wall No DACA

The courts have no jurisdiction in the matter whatsoever, he's a San Francisco district judge and his ruling is directly contradicted by the 5th circuit court which ruled that the amnesty program executive order is both unconstitutional and a violation of federal immigration law, DOJ basically told this guy to go screw.

Study up on federal jurisdiction, you don’t know what you are talking about.

I realize that but he's not even a 9th circuit judge he's a district judge and he completely ignored the stare decicis of the 5th circuit.

A district judge IN the 9th is not bound to follow a ruling from the 5th. No issue of SD here.

This DACA ruling will get overturned at the S.Ct., where the standard is different.

Jarod corrected you on this. But to make it more clear, stare decisis applies only in one's home town, if you will. A justice in one circuit has no stare decicis opinion power over another district. Only SCOTUS has this power. And SCOTUS rules the land, including states, whereas not all federal lower courts do.

I'm sorry but Jarod knows very little about the law......the District courts are all subsidiary to the court of appeals in all circuits and the courts of appeal are all subsidiary to the Supreme Court......if for example, the 9th Circuit CoA makes a decision and the SC does not accept an appeal, that decision stands for the entire country.......

here's the dillio,

the democrats may not beware of it, but there's going to be a wall, period. The only question is are they smart enough to get something on DACA in exchange.
I'd say with the stupidity and stubbornness displayed by Dems so far, that's 50/50.

More apt to his children keeping the money.

I doubt any liberals support that. Though, who knows with them.

I've asked before. They don't. However, they do support rewarding illegals and their children when committing a crime.

Maybe were better off not making a deal.

Foreigners are willing to work for less than minimum wage when they don't have documentation. There are deals to be had when looking for landscapers and maids.

This is one (RARE) time where I am in the Trump camp.

He promised voter the wall...and, for good or ill, he WAS elected.

The wall should be built.

The moment the Mexican government agrees to pay for that wall...the Democrats should stop their obstructionism and get on board.
