The parents brought their kids to get away from risk and danger to their welfare, not to expose them to new risks.

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, after their calling for recounts in some states after the '16 election, after wearing diaper pins and seeking safe rooms immediately after the election, even after their violent protests against the 1st Amendment, stayed quiet during the Mueller investigation. There were times I wasn't so sure about Trump but it was the Kavanaugh fiasco that made me finally come to my senses that these dims, these days, are absolute lunatics and they continually double and triple down on it.
They aren't just devoid of any ideas . They completely lack any moral standards.

He wanted congress or the courts to change the rules. The government could not hold children for over 20 days. If adults were sent to jail or long term detention( longer than 20 days) while their asylum request were processed, children could not stay with them.
