That's a distinction without a difference. It also assumes there isn't some rare condition where the genitalia are damaged, such as hermaphroditia.

Taft and Harding were great presidents. I even have a Taft bumper sticker on my car. Trump will inadvertently be wrecking the DNC and fake news media as a result of Crossfire Hurricane (found my transaction). I don't love Grant, but, he's been getting the revisionism treatment from modern historians.

:rolleyes: Yeah the Teapot Dome scandal was a high point in Harding's administration. And Taft's policy of not appointing blacks to federal jobs was totally inclusive. I guess this is what republicans call "great."

I think you are confusing Taft with Wilson. Harding let people out of prison that Wilson attacked with the Sedition Act, while also cleaning-up his economy, and supported Indian rights and anti-lynching legislation.
