Why should this guy have been arrested?

Is this not the exact behavior you guys are fighting to keep legal???

you assume it with your OP. you think you've finally nailed conservatives to the cross or something and think you just totally owned them or something and then most conservatives respond with "yeah, no, don't agree with your OP"
 
SO, a few Trumppers here are saying this guy should have been allowed to walk around Wall-Mart with his AR-15 and armor... Does anyone disagree?

Probably another fed PR campaign to scare gun folks and normalize gun confiscation. It's obvious the guy was trolling and it's obvious the fireman had nothing to fear. The fireman brandished a weapon and falsely imprisoned a civilian with out legal right to do so. The fireman will be allowed to go free because this was likely a fed sanctioned event. If the fireman gets charged, I am wrong.

Is Missouri an open carry state? If so, were there signs posted prohibiting the carrying of firearms in that particular establishment? I think open carry is stupid anyway, except for LEOs. I think this guy was some jackass operator trying to prove a point known only to him. If all of the above was true, except for the signs posted prohibiting the carrying of firearms. Then he should not have been arrested. But I would have some serious questions for him at the cop shop before he got that piece back

Twinkle puff, did he say or do anything illegal? I got pulled over by a cop who had suffered some rather horrific burns(facial)in Vietnam, he was carrying and I definitely was intimidated!(turned out to be a great guy) was he doing anything illegal? This was just some asshole with an agenda, right or left makes no difference. And you might want to watch the use of that c-word if you want to maintain your leftard bona fides. The ladies are not fond of it
