Today, the WH lawyers should make an appeal to SCOTUS to force the House to move on the articles of impeachment.

And give a hard date for compliance; and if Pelosi fails to comply she should be held in contempt—then face impeachment herself, for abuse of power and failing to uphold the constitution. And since there would be a hard date, McConnell can tell her and House Democrats to pound sand and ‘we’ll see you in the Senate’ on ____ 2020.

Then, ‘the essay’ should be graded exactly how it was turned in. That’s the way it works in the real world.

That should put an end to future faux impeachments.
 
A trial, not a kangaroos court, can't be a real trial when a number of jurors have already publically vocalized how they are going to vote and when the head of the jury has declared he is working closely with the defendant to get him acquitted

Nancy can do sit in the articles forever as far as I’m concerned lol.

My point is that *Trump* has rights; and one of them is to a trial that shouldn’t be held up for rank partisan politics. And this would be a slam dunk case before the court.

Pelosi has no right and no authority to delay the trial that democrats ‘supposedly’ wanted, or they shouldn’t have voted on the articles in the first place.
 
Hey dumb@ss Dem's, should the Democrat Representatives who didn't like Trump have recused themselves from the impeachment vote, for being biased? BTW, which law did Trump break?

Deliberately delaying a trial is a violation of Trump's constitutional right to a speedy trial.
