They had plenty to sell, they just couldn't bill anyone for any of it.

So it wasn't really a shortage, it was more like an embargo.
 
Leave it to a troll to fudge a few things. Gas availability is quoted as being because of a lack of tanker drivers. This new cyber attack is a nail in the coffin. If there was a real shortage you'd be paying premiums like never before.
