Was Kyle walking down the street aiming his weapon at people. Threatening anyone with the weapon? This notion that the mere appearance of a scary looking gun is provocation not only defies logic, but is laughably moronic. Much like the lying weasel prosecutor who made such asinine claims. :palm:

It's safe because I'm allowed to defend myself from harm. Had the kid been found guilty of any of the charges I'd have serious doubts. Good on the jury for doing the right thing. I'm sure they had a Dutch Uncle and althea there that had to be brought to reality.

True, but maybe you don’t know or can’t understand that Civil Law is based on different standards. It’s how O.J. Was not guilty in criminal court but found liable in civil court.

the two cases are very much different and you know this. your wishes of 'justice' will never be seen fruitful. OJ didn't make any self defense claims, nor was he found not guilty by reason of self defense........
