This is a pretty good synopsis of the filing by Sidney Powell for those that don't want to read 104 pages.

This is some very powerful stuff.

Clearly Raffensberger violated Georgia election law and weakened voter protections against fraud.

Should be an open and shut case.

Sidney Powell hit with $1.3 Billion Defamation Lawsuit

Pro-Trump attorney Sidney Powell has been hit with a $1.3 billion lawsuit for lying about Dominion Voting Systems.

Papers were filed early Friday morning by the voting machine firm alleging that the attorney -- who was representing outgoing President Donald Trump at the time -- indulged in "wild" and "demonstrably false" claims that the company participated in stealing the election from the president.

According to the Post, "In a 124-page complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, Dominion said its reputation and resale value have been deeply damaged by a 'viral disinformation campaign' that Powell mounted 'to financially enrich herself, to raise her public profile, and to ingratiate herself to Donald Trump.'

My favorite so far: Biden will resign about half way through his term for "health reasons." Harris will then take over as POTUS, choosing Stacey Abrams as her VP. They will then run and win two complete terms so we'll suffer under 10 YEARS of horrible black lady leadership. By the time it's over, America will be in ashes. :laugh:

She may not be a good lawyer, but she is good enough to realize she cannot defend her statements with evidence.
