When the US and Europe stop buying their oil, it is going to cost them BIGLY.

Under a 2nd Trump term, we'd have continued buying whatever they were selling. No US opposition leading our NATO allies.

Nothing.

With the possible exception of some window dressing in order to be able to make the usual transparent denials which Trump and the GOP are known for.

But otherwise, TrumPutin would have had free reign, with no reelection concerns.

And given the way most of the Republicans behaved during both the impeachment and the J6 aftermath, they may well have staged a coup, cancelled the 2024 elections and in doing so, permanently cemented their hold on power, destroying the Constitution along with our democracy in the process.

Such is the depravity and lust for power of this bunch.

Trump is a wannabe dictator. If he was richer he'd probably buy his own country but he's not that rich so he just sucks up to foreign dictators. He's deluded enough that he probably has a dictator's military uniform in his closet which he wears to strut around his bedroom before every speech.

This thread simply ignores facts and spouts nonsense. I may not like Trump, but I know that this thread is not only speculative, it is simply fictional. This didn't happen when Trump was in office because Trump had taken a hard line with Russia and didn't "blink" so to speak.

Because according to all of the intel & factual information, he actually thought he'd be able to take the Ukraine without much resistance, and he doesn't know how to proceed now since Biden has taken a harder stance.

He kept Biden trying to negotiate while he kept moving all the invasion pieces in place. Now Biden is trying to play a catchup game. Wait till energy prices escalate and inflation goes even higher because of the cost of producing and shipping goods in the US. We will see how well you think Biden played this mess. The US was energy independent before the moron in chief Biden enacted energy policies that reduced our energy production and sent us buying up begging Saudi Arabia and Russia to increase oil production to reduce oil prices. They said NO! Making the US energy dependent again played right into Putin's hands.
