Thomas is on the Supremes. That makes it all different. It is the highest court in the land and is supposed to decide neutrally according to law. Crow has been buying Thomas for over 20 years. This is much worse than a Lincoln bedroom event.
Shouldn't all of our representatives in all three branches be fair and just in how they execute their duties? Why are you giving politicians a pass and only condemning judges?

You still haven’t shown how Thomas supposedly changed his judicial philosophy on the bench from his first ten years until after Crow supposedly “bought” him. I can answer why, because Thomas hasn’t changed. His judicial philosophy has been the same since he joined the court. You just don’t like it.
I'm always curious about people who claim to be veterans then spend most of their time screaming "stolen valor" against others.
Like Matt Dillon, Sailor does seem to have severe anger issues. A wellness check might do him some good.

Biden should have expanded the court.

You're free to your opinion of course buy you're just a
(extreme) partisan so therefore anyone who doesn't rule like you want them to must be acting in bad faith, must be a liar and must be "bought".It is true Thomas has never had respect for the Constitution. He has always wanted his right-wing beliefs to be law. However, he has Crow whispering into his ear again and again. he is getting pushed constantly. Thomas never expressed his conspiratorial beliefs in the past. Now he wants them to be law.
I was happier when judges were not so proudly out of the mainstream. and against the constitution.

The constitution in this case means judicial rulings that you like/approve of. There are people who think your vision of how the court should rule is anti-constitutional.
One doesn’t have to care for Thomas’ judicial philosophy but he’s been consistent in his beliefs since he’s entered the court. You can’t point to anything that even remotely shows one person supposedly whispering in his ear has changed him.
His accepting all those expensive gifts will make people wonder if he is ruling fairly, or if the bribes are swaying his votes. Either way, it is bad for the court. The Roberts court is the most pro-corporate, anti-worker of all time. They have enough problems justifying their votes without the appearance of bribery hanging over them. Thomas is hurting the court.
