As far as I am aware, there is no prohibition against any illegal alien making any otherwise legal purchase. The only prohibition of which I am aware is against illegal aliens working. There have been many raids to round up illegal aliens who were working, but never any raids to round up any illegal aliens who were purchasing groceries.

Non-citizens can serve in the US military, absolutely. It is entirely possible that, due to paperwork errors, a non-citizen serving in the US military ends up being in the US "illegally".

Absolutely. Driver's licenses are issued by States, not the Federal government. In blue States, they fuck with US citizens before they ever think about screwing with an illegal alien. They rush driver's licenses into the hot little hands of illegal immigrants so as to minimize the risk that those illegal immigrants somehow end up not getting their driver's licenses.
