The Trumps DoJ both says this guy is a massively dangerous criminal who is a danger to citizens but also says 'we will fight to keep him here, even if he is free and on the streets unless we get our way on where we can send him'.
If Albrego was who they said he was and he committed crimes on US citizens while on this release that would be all on Trump and his DoJ who could have just let him leave. they made a choice to put their desire to dictate 'where he goes' over just 'getting him out of the country', by letting him leave to where he wants.
of course Terry would blame the Judge and not Trump DoJ if that happened but Trump's DoJ is acting like an angry toddler not getting their way saying 'fine, we will keep him here forever and free unless we get our way'.
