It is mostly impossible to put out quality food and service, when you are totally relying upon uneducated and unskilled workers to run your businesses and serve the public. Supply chain issues are because cargo containers usually used for trade goods between industrialized nations were routed with PPE to non-industrialized countries during the pandemic. So a cargo container that would usually carry things like TV's from China to the US and back instead carried PPE from the US to a nation like Cameroon, and since there's no infrastructure in a nation like that, getting the container back to the country to be filled with trade goods isn't as easy as pushing a button.
