This is due to inept and dictatorial judges, not the Trump administration. We need to put a much tighter leash on the courts.
Nope, its because the Justice Department cant get its act together, deporting someone is very simple, but they tried to send him to a place to be tortured. They should have followed the law and sent him home.

Garcia had a final order of deportation. His liars... err, lawyers tried to use an appeal for asylum to keep him in the US. The government turned that down and deported him. A Trump hating judge (Boas) issued dictatorial edicts from the bench to stop that and bring Garcia back to the US. Now Garcia is under a microscope and little more than a legal punching bag. He's eventually going to be deported, it's just a matter of time before all the legal hijinks run their course.
If it wasn't for a dictatorial low level federal judge issuing questionable orders and demands, Garcia would be gone and this whole idiocy over. But in America the gears of the legal system are greased with sand and this asshole judge is a perfect example of that.

Do you believe that? How gullible are you? Biden was hiring IRS agents to specifically deal with wealthy people and corporate taxes. They are difficult and expensive to deal with, and require many man-hours ,The IRS has concentrated on middle class and poor people's taxes for decades, because they are easy. The IRS was hiring experts in corporate and wealthy tax law.

Yes RB is actually stupid (poorly educated enough) to believe that.
It is simple fact that when the IRS is lowly staffed they can only focus on average and lower income submissions with basic filings as those take very little work. the first thing cut when staff is low is the large complex Oligarch and corporate tax cheats where it would take months and sometimes years of intense chasing to get enough evidence to make the case.
The pay back on those big cases is huge though so the money put in to hiring agents not only all comes back but it comes back with enough to pay for the agents pursuing the small cases.

A judge blocking him being deported to certain countries Abrego is fighting against going to DOES NOT stop the Trump admin to just allow Abrego to leave voluntarily to the country (Costa Rica) he wants to go to and who will receive him.
