And yet they STILL have lower accident rates and have cheaper car insurance. I guess they don't need to park or PASS people.

"Grooming" voters? Oh shit, did I miss a step? Best I can tell the only 'GROOMING' I did was to congratulate a young mom who walked up with her 2 little girls and announced that she just became a citizen and this was HER FIRST VOTE. We congratulated her, made a bit of a fuss and gave her a US flag pin.

I guess that could be considered 'grooming'. Sure that's it.
