Another senseless death on the hands of Obama and all leftists

It is easy to find a shithead or two from any group and generalize that trait or behavior applies to everyone in that group, but it isn’t informative nor helpful, in fact, just the opposite, leads to demonizing groups unjustifiably.

Fact remains, illegals, in fact all immigrants, commit less cry than native born Americans

Does this mean all trailer park residents are vicious murders?

“Man accused of double homicide at Orangevale mobile home park”

There are serious problems with CATO's numbers. I'd start with the fact that many jail and prison systems in the US, particularly those in "sanctuary" locations and blue / Democrat run states do not track the immigration status of those incarcerated.

For example, 16.1% of all federal inmates are illegals. Between--by best estimates--3 and 5% of the US population are illegals (11 to 15 million out of about 330 million). That means that illegals in federal prison, where immigration status is kept, are overrepresented at about 3 to 5 times their number in the general population.

So, rather than me accepting a couple of apologist, pro-illegal immigrant, sites I'll use base data and come to my own conclusions. Where immigration status is checked, illegals go to prison at about 3 to 5 times the rate of legal citizens and legal immigrants. I won't dilute my estimates with data from institutions that aren't tracking immigration status like CATO and the Brennan Center do.

I see you have decided to double down on your stupidity. Los Angeles is NOT a state. This was your original claim.

Then being in the cult you don't seem to understand how crime statistics work. This is no longer 2023 where the 2021 statistics were missing because of the change in the way the FBI wanted crime reported. It is now 2026 where the FBI gets monthly updates from LA and all other cities you are complaining about data being missing.

Maybe you should look up the latest FBI crime statistics.
California data is missing for only 2021. LA police dept data is only missing for 2021.

Due to the full transition to NIBRS and the lack of data for agencies that are not fully transitioned, the 2021 data year cannot be added

Yup. You do it all the time, anchovies. It's called 'bigotry'.

Yup. You do it all the time, anchovies.

Illegal immigrants are not legal immigrants, anchovies. Stop trying to conflate the two.
ALL illegal immigrants are criminals. Every...single...one!
Native Americans have nowhere NEAR the crime rate of illegal aliens, anchovies.
Lie ^, didn’t “conflate” the two, and the four sources I included, two from right leaning entries, , prove you wrong, again

(now we’re to get the “you can’t deny” whatever the bullshit is)

Wow. It's almost like you don't understand that criminals are arrested, convicted and go to prison.
Wow. It's almost like you don't understand that a 15th year old American is DEAD and that did not have to happen. A criminal being arrested and thrown into prison does not help the 15 year old boy.

Wow. Talk about being really stupid because you are in a cult. First of all, your source says nothing about whether the person incarcerated entered legally or not, then you make a major mistake in that when the country is unknown you assume that means they are here illegally. Unknown means they could be US citizens. In fact you should probably assign the same rough statistics to the unknown as we have for the known.

Let's use a real world case to further illustrate how stupid your claim is.
Joaquín Guzmán, a Mexican national is currently incarcerated in the US. Guzman is more well known by the name of El Chapo. Guzman was captured in Mexico and extradited to the US in 2016. By your cult thinking Guzman is in the country illegally.

Another example -

Are all 37 Mexican citizens extradited to the US from Mexico here illegally?

In the last year and almost 100 drug traffickers have been extradited to the US from Mexico.

Perhaps you should wake yourself up and start to do some critical thinking. You didn't dilute your data because you just made it up. I guess that is what you have to do when you are in a cult.

One of those sources is citing the State of Texas’s own study, and what documentation do have to offer that “particularly” in sanctuary cities and Blue States states immigration incarceration is not tracked?

When you come with the you are “coming up with your own conclusion” you undercut your argument

And, more importantly, you missed my point, as I noted, it is easy to find a shithead or two from any group and generalize that trait or behavior applies to everyone in that group, but it isn’t informative nor helpful, in fact, just the opposite, leads to demonizing groups unjustifiably, which is the reason I included the trailer park double homicide

The SDTC does not report crime.
Then being in the cult you don't seem to understand how crime statistics work.
Crime statistics isn't 'work'. It is data.
This is no longer 2023 where the 2021 statistics were missing because of the change in the way the FBI wanted crime reported. It is now 2026 where the FBI gets monthly updates from LA and all other cities you are complaining about data being missing.
L.A., San Francisco, the SDTC, the SOTNY, the SOTHI, the State of Minneapolis, and the State of Pennsylvannia are NOT reporting all the crime.

The FBI is not any of these entities.
Maybe you should look up the latest FBI crime statistics.

Nope. They simply do not report all the crime.

Wow. It's almost like you don't understand that a 15th year old American is DEAD and that did not have to happen. A criminal being arrested and thrown into prison does not help the 15 year old boy.
Nice deflection. Are you unable to support your original claim? Relying on anecdotes doesn't support your claim about the entire group. I guess being in a cult you don't have a clue about how critical thinking works.

It has already been determined they entered illegally in court, Poorboy.

Extradition is not immigration. False equivalence fallacy.

Buzzword fallacies (wake yourself up, critical thinking, dilute, data, cult).

Try English. It works better.

Pivot fallacy.

Contextomy fallacy.

Inversion fallacy. You cannot blame your bigotry and racism on anybody else, anchovies.

Nice deflection. Are you unable to support your original claim?
Already done. Argument of the Stone fallacy.
Relying on anecdotes doesn't support your claim about the entire group. I guess being in a cult you don't have a clue about how critical thinking works.
Buzzword fallacies (anecdotes, entire group, cult, clue, critical thinking, works).

Every illegal alien is a criminal, Poorboy. Every...single...one!

Wow. It's almost like you don't understand that a 15th year old American is DEAD and that did not have to happen. A criminal being arrested and thrown into prison does not help the 15 year old boy.
It's pretty amazing how you are so stupid you want to blame Obama for this. How old is Yefry Archaga-Elvir?
Hint - He is currently 18 years old.

He is a product of the US since he has spent more time in the US than in any other country since he arrived here when he was 7 years old.

I have to give you credit. You are certainly willing to put your stupidity on display for all to see.

Mexican nationals extradited to the US and incarcerated are counted as being from Mexico in the prison system. They are not suddenly US citizens because they were extradited to the US.

How full of shit do you need to be to blame Obama for something a decade after his presidency? Get a life.
I know simpleton leftists like you don’t see the connection but Obama policies let him stay. You support those policies. You thought he was a Dreamer but he was a murderer. It is as much on your head as Obama’s

You want so badly for your democrat party to win elections you willingly sacrifice innocent lives. You would probably even sacrifice your own spawn if it meant your beloved democrat party can stay in power.

OMG you made my prediction come true. Nothing in my post ascribed behavior to a group. That is just how your dumb ass interpreted it. Too funny

Wow. You do like to show you are in a cult.

Where should Obama have sent a 7 year old who was unaccompanied when they crossed into the US in 2015? Should they have been put in shackles and sent to another country to fend for themselves?

Oof. The projection is nauseating. You want so badly for your republiKKKan party to win elections you willingly sacrifice innocent lives. You would definitely let TACO rape your own underage daughter if it meant your beloved republiKKKan party can stay in power.

Texas' own prison data shows the same thing I stated earlier.

California, surprisingly has the same sort of data. Illegals, as a portion of the population are grossly overrepresented in their prison population.
