You can disagree with waterboarding being torture if you'd like, but let's not pretend this is a partisan issue. This is universally seen as a form of water torture by human rights organizations, military judges, and so on.

It's not my opinion that torture is considered a war crime by the Geneva Convention, it's a fact.

And it's not my opinion that you did not give me examples of modern "racist" Democrats, it's a fact.

It is your opinion as to what torture is. You are not qualified Jr. to make that determination. If you chose to actually read anything I write, you would see clearly what modern day Democrats continue to use as racism. You do not. When you see it, it becomes a shit or go blind moment for you then right to your usual opinions that mean nothing.

So in order for something to be considered torture, it has to be considered so by someone who could bring charges against a president? Is that what you're saying?

Law is not opinion. It obviously has legal precedence. Obviously that is way over your head also. What did I expect though, intellect from Jr.? You need to go talk with someone along your intellect level. Try Evince,TTQ or Domer.
