The Reds say whatever they think the people want to hear. It does not have to be true. That is what Trump means when he talks about winning. Are you tired of winning? So am I.
 
Vance probably meant dirty bomb vests, But I dont recall them ever being used either, and I doubt that there is any evidence for his claim....we now get lied to constantly.
