At the end of the day it's about ignorance. Ignorance isn't limited to a certain race, ethnicity, gender or political beliefs. And TTQ64 is ignorant.

Because of tribalism she's going to get support like she is right now from other posters because it's a team thing and you must always protect the team.

The Feinstein timing. the high powered Dems running Ford. ( Katz /Fallon) .
The Dems were out beating the bushes for accusers.

Weinstein had a pattern,and was outed before but nobody listened ( please don't ask for references - going by memory and am of limited interest to search) .Weinstein was well known to be running a casting couch.
Then there is the crazy "you have to believe accusers" no we do not.

I dunno. It's your movement. I have limited interests other then discussing the viability of #metoo in politics.
But I know a politicization when I see it with these last minute 'drip drip' patterns -
and here is another one right on schedule

Here's the difference. White supremacy runs this country and they have the power to oppress all others

Blacks don't. Racism is about wealth and power, it's what you don't want to understand.

I can hand you Black bigots all day........but racist??? white folks own that. And, until you all come to terms with that......we will never move forward.

There are plenty of whites who have come to terms with it.........YOU just aren't one of them.

Wouldn't you, in their shoes? The guy is a potential lifetime appointee, who has been accused of serious sexual misconduct by one credible woman (and now two other women have come forward), so doesn't it make sense that they'd want to see if there's a pattern of such claims that would turn this from a he-said/she-said situation into something more convincing? It's the mirror image of the way the Republicans have been beating the bushes looking for women willing to speak well of Kavanaugh.

With Weinstein, it took years from the first rumors floating around until it was publicly understood what a monster he was. With Kavanaugh, we don't have years to allow it to bubble up organically. We need to actively stir the pot to see what floats to the top, because the Republicans are in a god-awful hurry to be done with it. Yet, even as they try to rush this thing to a close, they whine endlessly about the active role Democrats are taking in trying to make sure that any victims who may be out there speak up before it's too late.

no. the 65 women were NOT organized by Republicans. they self organized.
Going out and beating the bushes means actively looking for accusers-politicization.

How many white catholic priest who raped little girls and boys are getting a 3-10 year sentence and being labeled a violent sexual predator? Kids aren't consenting adults who willing went to the church and accepted drinks from a wealth man.
