Personally, I project that Donald Trump has won the 2020 election, due to my belief that the pending litigation, re-canvasses, recounts, etc. will go in his favor in enough States, and that those Republican controlled State Legislatures will be convinced that targeted voter fraud occurred within the large metro areas of their respective States...

Rather, it is the State Legislatures who choose the electors, and it is the electors themselves who choose the President.
