It wasn't advisable for anybody to be at the riot. Personally I tend to avoid trouble.

Of course they didn't. Don't get me wrong. I think Kyle is a good kid that wanted to help out. It sure caused him a lot of anxiety no doubt with the trial and all.

I'm thinking it was about 10-2 and the 10 weren't going to back down an inch. Everybody wanted to get back to their families. We didn't have that hanging over althea, Dutch et al.

They just as well could have settled with the kid paying them, for attorneys fees, and filing a frivolous lawsuit.

Are you being obtuse? Joy Reid compared Kyle Rittenhouse’s ‘male white tears’ to Brett Kavanaugh’s. They claimed he killed two black BLM protesters. They claimed Rittenhouse took an AR-15 across state lines. They claimed the gun was illegal. They claimed Rittenhouse is a “white supremacist,” who took his gun to a riot looking for trouble.

No I don’t think the plaintiff would have to show that. Florida, and I believe Wisconsin, are contributory negligence states.

I applaud the jury's courage to do the right thing and trust the fine people of Kenosha to see to it that there are no repercussions from the not so fine people of Kenosha and those bussed in to go all fascist.
