Your Title should replace “testifies” with “lies” would be more accurate. I don’t think Barr was very happy. Swalwell did a great job of questioning.
Barr gave some plausible deniability responses but a few times he had no idea how to respond. Yes, sometimes he knew the question was bullshit but a few times he knew it was extremely pointed and accurate which flustered him.
