Rittenhouse NOT GUILTY!

The good news is that Rittenhouse's life is basically over. I hope he's not dumb enough to go out and 'celebrate' because someone will beat the living shit out of that little punk. In self defense of course. But he will always be known as the lying cop wannabee who cried like a little baby on the witness stands. He will also be known for the rest of his life as a murderer. Maybe he should get home, grab his weapon and his 'EMT' kit and head down and defend his city again. THAT would be funny.

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Several mainstream media outlets, including CNN, portrayed the incident with Sandmann and the other teens as being racially charged before it was discovered that additional footage showed that a group of "Black Hebrew Israelites" had provoked the confrontation by slinging racial slurs at the students as they were waiting for their bus following a March For Life event in Washington D.C.

Why don't u go join a riot so someone hero like Kyle can blow your fucking head off

Nothing a terrorist piece of shit like you will accept. How ever it was all over the media. And Sandman is on record telling Rittenhouse to do the same thing. Now suck that ya lying bastard.

So you made it up... There is 0 evidence for your stupid claim.

In what way would that matter?

You have a right to self defense, deadly force if needed!

The right of self-defense (also called, when it applies to the defense of another, alter ego defense, defense of others, defense of a third person) is the right for people to use reasonable or defensive force, for the purpose of defending one's own life (self-defense) or the lives of others, including –in certain circumstances– the use of deadly force.[1]

Sue someone for exercising their rights....LOL...Good Luck!

I believe Rittenhouse went to the protest to taunt people, since that resulted in someone’s death, he should not get off scott free.

The jury did it correctly, I’m not a whinny Trumpper who can’t admit to reality.

If he did taunt people that would be a breach of peace and remove his self defense protection, would it not?

Its what I thought was the correct decision based on the law.

The law needs changing.

Agreed. Dubiety as to your first sentence, but I did not sit and listen to the sniveling racist excuse himself with the self defense so I'll entertain that.

But scot free after slaying 2 when you came to the dance with your dancing shoes and you danced? You are guilty of dancing.

What mental gymnastics caused the dismissal of the weapons charges I cannot fathom. But the judge made it clear to the jury who he was for, and the jury picked up on it.

So do the lunatic rightees like our defendant take this as (1) open season on libs with compulsory road trips packing weapons to liberal causes or 2. a unique case where the defendant
barely makes out a reasonable doubt case due to his subjective fear and therefore exculpatory self defense?

I'm betting the former.

In what way would that matter?

In People v. La Voie, Supreme Court of Colorado, 395 P.2d 1001 (1964), The court wrote, "When a person has reasonable grounds for believing, and does in fact actually believe, that danger of his being killed, or of receiving great bodily harm, is imminent, he may act on such appearances and defend himself, even to the extent of taking human life when necessary, although it may turn out that the appearances were false, or although he may have been mistaken as to the extent of the real actual danger."
