Gas is again flowing through the Colonial Pipeline from Texas, but lingering logistical quirks are still working their way through the distribution system, leaving an outsize share of District stations with no fuel or spotty supplies.
It wasn't caused by any federal policy, any Biden policy, or any Democratic policy. Caused solely by Colonial, just like I've been saying.

It was Colonial and only Colonial who manufactured this shortage.

There was never a shortage of gasoline.
*COLONIAL* shut the pipeline down because the ransomware attacked their billing system.
So they shut down the pipeline, which was full of gasoline, because they couldn't bill anyone for the gas.
Err, when there is no gasoline available, there is a gas shortage. The reasons are irrelevant.
